Corporate Training Programs

Cohort programs for employers, delivered with institutional partners.

[ Overview ]

We design and run complete AI training programs for employers — scheduled cohorts, named instructors, attendance and completion records — and can deliver them with universities and workforce partners so learning counts toward recognized credentials. Programs are structured to fit state training-grant rules where they apply.

[ What we do ]
  • Program designTracks, levels and schedule for your organization.
  • Cohort deliveryOn site, online or blended, around working hours.
  • Grant-ready documentationDated sessions, instructor of record, attendance and certificates.
  • Institutional deliveryPrograms that can stack into existing credentials.
  • Progress reportingWho completed what, and what they now use.
[ Funding in Illinois ]

State programs can pay for part of the training.

Illinois employers can recover part of their training costs through state and federal programs. Our hands-on programs are built to fit their rules — dated sessions, a named instructor, attendance records and certificates — and we prepare the paperwork with you.

  • Employer Training Investment Program (ETIP)

Run by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity through intermediaries such as chambers and industry associations. Reimburses up to 50% of eligible training costs for full-time Illinois employees. The training and the trainer are approved before the course starts.

  • WIOA Incumbent Worker Training

Federal funds administered by local workforce boards. Smaller employers carry a smaller share of the cost; the board decides eligibility.

  • What we prepare

Course outlines, schedules, instructor details, sign-in sheets, certificates and invoices that separate training fees from anything not reimbursable.

Awareness-only sessions are not reimbursable under ETIP; our hands-on tracks are designed as skills training. Eligibility, rates and funding are set by the administering bodies, can change, and are first come, first served. Nothing here guarantees approval or reimbursement.
